General Notes:
Please review the wire frames below so that the following comment makes sense in terms of layout.

• Header will contain a permanent link to the brochure as before
• Highlight and Content highlight are there as lead ins to the main content, they can vary in colour apart from the gray seen in the home page examples - See the internal for a green option.
• Branding section can be a rotational image (no like the flash one before) that comes us with a different advert each time you click through - eg the hero shot in here changes each time you go to a new page See example
• Instead of the flash animation as per 3cbds i am suggesting placing 3 random logos at a time in a similar manner to that of the example site above
• THe councils area is large enough to place all the Government support on it - we can do 2 lines although would need to sort that out with the departments
